Basalt fiber composite reinforcement is a composite reinforcement material formed by combining basalt fiber with epoxy resin, vinyl resin, unsaturated polyester and other resins, fillers, curing agents and other matrices through pultrusion process.
Features:
1. High tensile strength, more than three times the strength of ordinary steel bars of the same specification.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance (unparalleled by any other fiber material product).
3.The density of fiber composite reinforcement is only about 1/4 of ordinary steel reinforcement, about 2.0g/cm3.
4. The thermal expansion coefficient of fiber composite reinforcement is similar to that of concrete, and there will be no significant temperature stress between the two
5. Standard bends and other shapes can be prefabricated
6. Environmental friendliness: Using one ton of basalt fiber composite reinforcement can save 5.24 tce of carbon emissions from standard coal.
